Last week, we experienced something truly extraordinary at Logistics & Automation Madrid 2025 — the most important annual meeting point for logistics, intralogistics, and supply chain professionals. The event, held on October 15th and 16th at IFEMA, brought together over 210 exhibiting companies and thousands of attendees who shared a common goal: driving innovation, efficiency, and collaboration within the logistics ecosystem. An inspiring meeting point

From the very first moment, there was a vibrant sense of energy and excitement in Hall 10. This year’s edition expanded its scope with the addition of the Logistic & Industrial Build area, creating a comprehensive space that covered everything from warehouse automation and robotics to sustainability and multimodal transport. Over the two days, we attended tech forums, conferences, guided tours, and live demonstrations, where solutions were presented to make logistics operations faster and safer.

The key trends that defined this year’s event were clear: digitalization, artificial intelligence, energy efficiency, and smart automation. Each of these trends reflects how technology is reshaping the way supply chains are planned, executed, and optimized.

Our experience as exhibitors

At Kaira Digital, we took part with our own stand — a meeting point where we engaged with many supply chain, operations, and logistics leaders. It was a fantastic opportunity to hear firsthand about the challenges companies are facing and to explain how our platform delivers real-time visibility to help them overcome these challenges.

Throughout the event, we demonstrated how our solution integrates data from different supply chain stakeholders, providing a global and up-to-date view of logistics flows. One of the features that sparked the most interest was exception management, a core functionality of Kaira that enables teams to focus their efforts on events or incidents that truly require action, leading to faster and more effective decision-making.

A standout presentation

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation by our Chief Commercial Officer, Juncal Sainz de Vicuña, who participated in the conference program with her talk “Talking to the Supply Chain: How Artificial Intelligence Transforms Visibility and Decision-Making.”

Juncal shared concrete examples of how our clients are using the AI integrated into Kaira’s platform to “talk to their supply chain” through a multilingual chatbot that can answer any supply chain-related query in seconds and in real time. This approach enables smooth communication and complete visibility of relevant data, fostering collaboration and anticipating issues before they escalate.

Her presentation generated great interest among attendees, reflecting the growing demand for tools that combine advanced technology, ease of use, and a value-driven operational focus.

A connected and sustainable future

Events like Logistics & Automation Madrid show that the logistics sector is steadily moving toward a more connected, collaborative, and sustainable model. At Kaira, we firmly believe that real-time visibility is the foundation of a smarter logistics system — one that can quickly adapt to an ever-changing and increasingly demanding environment.

We leave this edition with the satisfaction of having shared valuable insights, experiences, and above all, the conviction that visibility is not just data on a screen — it’s a competitive advantage that drives faster and more accurate decision-making.

We want to thank everyone who stopped by our stand, attended the presentation, or simply shared a coffee with us between halls.
We’ll continue working to help more companies talk to their supply chain and turn visibility into a true business driver.

See you at the next edition of Logistics & Automation Madrid!
