Track your goods,
not the truck

Where you lose sight of the package today
A tracker gives you a dot on a map.
Kaira gives you the decision.
The data lands where you already work
- API integration with your ERP, WMS, TMS and SCM.
- Every package links itself to its order, destination and SLA.
- No parallel system that nobody ever opens.
Intelligence package by package
- AI that predicts delays package by package.
- Early detection of route deviations.
- Risk models built on each route's real history.
You are not locked into one device
- Dashboards, alerts and incidents in one place.
- Visibility from purchase order to delivery.
- You can change the label. The platform stays.
Three steps and the package starts talking
What it solves in your sector
Food and cold chain
A day standing still eats into whatever shelf life the product has left. The 5G label records temperature for the whole journey, so a cold chain break shows up in transit and not at unloading. The evidence stays in Kaira for your claims.
Retail and fashion
Thousands of SKUs in transit and groupage that changes vehicle several times. With package-level data you know what reaches each store and when, and you stop paying for emergency air freight to plug the gaps.
Automotive
Just-in-Time leaves no room for surprises. Track the critical part package by package and see a line stoppage coming hours ahead, not minutes.
Manufacturers
Uncertainty in supply gets paid for with excess inventory. With real package-level position you size safety stock against what is actually on its way.
Pick the label that fits the journey
5G label
- Real-time GPS geolocation (LTE-M / NB-IoT).
- Continuous temperature monitoring, only on this label.
- Three weeks to six months of battery, depending on reporting frequency.
- Connects straight to the cellular network, with international coverage.
Bluetooth label
- BLE geolocation that leans on nearby phones.
- Between one month and one year of battery.
- Printable on your own thermal barcode printer.
- No temperature sensor: for cold chain, use the 5G one.
- A fraction of the cost of the 5G label.
Technical comparison
| 5G | Bluetooth | |
|---|---|---|
| CONNECTIVITY | ||
| Technology | Bluetooth + cellular (GSM/LTE/5G) | Bluetooth (BLE) |
| Needs nearby phones | No, it connects straight to the cellular network | Yes, it relies on smartphones acting as relays |
| Isolated areas | Works wherever there is cellular coverage | With no phones nearby it loses position |
| Urban outdoors and transport | Yes, on its own | Yes, thanks to phone density |
| Indoors | Wherever there is a cellular signal | If there are people with phones around |
| BATTERY AND HARDWARE | ||
| Battery life | Three weeks to six months | One month to one year |
| Temperature sensor | Yes | No |
| Printable | No | Yes |
| Recyclable | Yes | Yes |
| Cleared for air transport | Yes | Yes |
| WHEN TO USE IT | ||
| Best for | Remote areas, cold chain, critical freight | Groupage, dense urban areas, staffed warehouses |
| Its limit | Higher consumption and cost; depends on the operator | No user density means no position |
Domestic groupage runs through hubs, urban docks and staffed warehouses, which is exactly where phone density lives. Where it does not, the 5G label depends on nobody. And the platform is the same either way: you can switch label without switching system.
On ships and planes both get a position at departure and arrival, and Kaira fills in the rest of the journey with flight or vessel tracking.
5G or Bluetooth?
What our customers say
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
You pay per label, by technology and volume: the Bluetooth one costs a fraction of the 5G. There is no setup fee and no hardware to buy or install. Pilots start with a small batch so you can measure the return before scaling. Tell us your routes and we will send you a firm price.
Do I have to change carrier?
No. The label travels stuck to the goods and reports on its own, so it makes no difference who moves it or how many times it changes vehicle.
Does it work if I subcontract haulage?
That is the case it solves. It does not rely on the vehicle GPS or on the carrier declaring anything: the label generates the data itself.
Can I send it by air?
Yes. Both labels are certified for air transport. In flight you get a position at take-off and landing, and Kaira fills in the rest of the journey with flight tracking.
How long does the battery last?
The 5G one runs from three weeks to six months depending on how often it reports: three weeks at a position every 20 minutes, longer as you space the pings out. The Bluetooth one runs from one month to one year.
Does it integrate with my ERP?
Yes, over API with ERP, WMS, TMS and SCM. Kaira adds the visibility layer on top of what you already have; it does not replace your system.
What do I do with the label afterwards?
Both are single use and recyclable, each through its own route: the Bluetooth one in the recycling and the 5G one at an electronic waste collection point.
How many labels do I need to start?
Enough to cover one route or one customer and measure the result, not enough to fill a warehouse. Tell us which shipments you want to track and we will tell you how many to start with.
How long does rollout take?
Not long. It connects to your ERP, you activate the first labels by NFC and data starts arriving with the first shipment.
